The high–precision mechanical servo press is a combined solution combining a specialized high-torque servo motor, direct drive and an innovative control system. This makes it possible to use the crank servo press in various modes:

  • deep drawing;
  • shutter speed at the bottom dead center;
  • vibration mode;
  • "pendulum" mode (without the crank passing the upper dead center);
  • free programming of the slider stroke.
The use of a servo press can significantly expand the range of stamping tasks. This guarantees an increase in the level of productivity, quality and accuracy of work.
The design of single-crank mechanical presses with a SEYI SD1 series servo drive allows you to optimize the distribution of forces, contributes to an increase in maximum power and reaction speed. That is why the servo press is a universal solution for the production of parts, regardless of their geometry.

Equipped with a servo drive, the SEYI SD2 series two-crank mechanical press is focused on working with parts of various configurations.
